About Me
I served in the U.S. Army for 10.5 years and have worked in a variety of practice settings: higher education, nonprofit, community mental health, and private practice. The majority of my experience has been working with those who have experienced combat or sexual trauma. I am a Board Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor and I am trained to provide Cognitive Processing Therapy, EMDR, and Horticulture Therapy.
I believe that healing can happen in a wide variety of ways and want to work with you to help you find the best method possible to help you achieve your goals. I enjoy working with women and LGTBQ+ folks whose mental health has been impacted by systemic inequalities and/or trauma. My aim is to provide you with a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment. Together we will work to find ways to improve your life.
